ISO Advisors specilaises in site acquisitions, structuring operator lease agreements with institutional exits in place, designing appropriate schemes in conjuncition with the design team and providing development management services.

Ahsan is a well experienced hotel development consultant, his expertise lie within site acquisition, structuring lease/HMA contracts with leading and new hotel operators, working with the operator and design team in creating a scheme that will comply with planning regulations and efficient from a cost perspective as well as structuring institutional finance/exits. Ahsan also manages the development process from inception to turn-key. 

Through his transparent and honest approach, Ahsan has become a trusted advisor to a number of clients including high profile developers and financial institutions. Ahsan is also Head of Hotels for a Scottish based development company.

Ahsan holds a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University and has a background of professional roles within Private Practice as QS & PM on major commercial and hotel projects.
